महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाने महसूल विभागात तलाठी संवर्गातील जवळपास साडे चार हजार पदे   4500+ सरळसेवा भरतीने भरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. यामध्ये नागपूर  जिल्ह्यातील 177+ पदांचा समावेश आहे. यामध्ये 202 नवीन + रिक्त पदांचा समावेश आहे. या सरळसेवा भरतीमुळे महाराष्ट्रातील  MAximum बेरोजगार/ पदवीधर युवकांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे. 

राज्यात देखील तलाठी संवर्गातील रिक्त पदांची संख्या मोठ्या प्रमाणावर आहे. पदे रिक्त असल्यामुळे महसुली कामकाजावर परिणाम होत असल्याचे महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या निदर्शनास आले. त्यामुळे २०२४ निवडणुकीच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर ही तलाठी महाभारती घेण्यात आली

Maharashtra State Government has decided to fill nearly four and a half thousand posts in Talathi Cadre in Revenue Department through 4500+ Direct Service Recruitment.
